At Build It Boldly, we stand behind the quality and intention of our products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Final Sale Items
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all products purchased through our online store are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Digital products become non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Books and journals
- Digital products or downloadable materials (which are licensed, not sold)
- Workshop registrations, event tickets, and digital learning experiences
- Limited-run or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
Because many of our products are printed or fulfilled on demand, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, sizing preference, or general dissatisfaction once an order has been processed.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will evaluate replacement requests on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of delivery.
To request support, please email hello@builditboldly.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Where possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.
If a replacement or refund is approved:
- If the issue is due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we may cover replacement or return shipping costs.
- If damage is due to misuse, improper handling, or circumstances outside our control, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our discretion.
Workshops, Events & Digital Experiences
All workshop registrations, event tickets, and digital program purchases are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a live event, please contact us at hello@builditboldly.com. In certain cases, we may offer a transfer to another event date or store credit at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a physical product qualifies for return due to damage or defect and is approved, we will provide instructions for replacement.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement regarding a return or refund request, Build It Boldly will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter via email communication.
We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve concerns as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact hello@builditboldly.com.
